10 healthy supper foods you must know

It is very important to know what to eat in the evening. After 6pm before bed, the foods we take in does not get enough time to digest before going to bed.

Today am urging you to avoid heavy foods in the evening and stick to the list below that will help easy digestion and flow of blood in the system. Research even have it that, these foods help individuals sleep better.

1. GREEN TEA
Green tea contains antioxidants that protects the body against diseases and illnesses. It also contributes a great deal to weight loss and prevent the growth of some cancers.

2. YOGURT
Yogurt is known to boost immune system, improve digestion and provide protection against cancer. A preferable choice is a plain or low sugar yogurt in order to avoid too much sugar in our system.

3. GARLIC
Garlic is use in the treatment of high blood pressure, heart diseases and some cancers.
