Chairperson of the Central Planning Committee for the Youth X’plo 2015, Ekow Nyann believes that the church compromises a lot in contemporary times.
At the 9th annual evangelistic youth celebration, X’plofesto 2015, held at the Junction Mall by the Hope Congregation, Sakumono estate, Nyann said “Personally I have seen that the church has come to a stage where we compromise a lot. Previously when you mention Presby, Methodist, Jehovah witness and Pentecost, we identify them with discipline, hymns, evangelism and tongue speaking respectively. The church today has lost something and cannot be identified with an agenda for Christ.”
It was a marvellous turn out as the Royals of Hope and the various dancing groups ministered unto God. The program was climaxed with a glorious ministration by Ps. Nii Okai , a renowned gospel artiste.
Ekow Nyann advised that “the church should stop scrambling over their members as there are more souls to win for Christ.
Go out there and evangelized, it is our greatest calling.
