South Africa’s legendary gospel musician Lionel Peterson is due in Ghana this Christmas for a mega gospel concert.
The concert dubbed Christmas with Danny Nettey and friends, will feature Ghana’s own gospel icon Danny Nettey with ministrations from anointed gospel artistes in Ghana.
The theme for this year’s concert is “Lord, take your rightful place.”
The concert organised by IAT Music in partnership with Coca-Cola is to exalt God through songs and to reflect on God’s goodness, provision, guidance, that have been bestowed on Ghanaians for the past years, especially for the year 2015
A statement from the organizers said the concert is to commit the coming year into the Lord’s hands that He will usher us to walk in His blessings once more. The event is designed to bring people from all walks of life in Accra, Ghana to celebrate God’s abundant goodness and joyfully give Him the permission to take charge of their lives.”
The statement again said: “Minister Danny Nettey is the host for the event with ministrations from anointed artistes like Nii Okai, Ps. Helen Yawson, Cwesi Oteng, KODA, etc. Every year, we do well to bring a seasoned guest artiste from another country to be a blessing to people who attend our programmes.
The guest artiste Peterson is expected to perform some of his greatest gospel songs, including like Peace, Jabulani Africa, The Lord on High, He is the King, etc.
The concert will take place on Friday, 25th of December, 2015 at Physicians and Surgeons Hall (Ridge Roundabout), Accra.
