“As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom…” (Daniel 1:17).

Wisdom is not something that is achieved but it is something that God gives. “As for these four children God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom. All learning includes mathematics, science, languages and more. You are one of these children receiving knowledge, skill and wisdom in all areas from God. People do not understand the wisdom of going to church as a young person and spending your time for the Lord. The difference between such people and those who give nothing for God will be in seen in all areas of learning and wisdom.

The wisdom that comes from above makes you incomparable to anybody else. God told Solomon “I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee” (1 Kings 3:12). When you have the wisdom from above, you will be incomparable to anyone else. There is no one who will be like you. That is why the Bible says that wisdom is the principal thing. It sets you apart from everyone and leaves people astonished. When Jesus came, the people said “from whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?”. (Mark 6:2). The people had never seen such great wisdom before. The wisdom of Jesus brought about mighty works. The absence of mighty works is the result of the absence of wisdom.

The dictionary says that wisdom is how a person applies the knowledge they have obtained. It is good to receive instruction (knowledge) in how a computer works but will you apply that knowledge? It is not money that makes people and nations rich but wisdom that brings forth these riches. If wisdom has not been given to you, you will never be set apart or found incomparable.

The wisdom from God will make a difference in your life. I see you receiving wisdom from God now.

Blessings!
