It takes a year to fully develop, producing more than 60 coconuts per harvesting.

Coconut is rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6, iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.

Coconut also produces Lauric acid which converts into a compound named Monolaurin. Monolaurin is an anti viral, anti fungal and anti bacterial that fights infection and other organisms that cause diseases.
